puruṣaḥ sa paraḥ pārtha bhaktyā labhyas tv ananyayā | yasyāntaḥ-sthāni bhūtāni yena sarvam idaṃ tatam || 22 ||

"The Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is greater than all, is attainable by unalloyed devotion. Although He is present in His abode, He is all-pervading, and everything is situated within Him."

Historical Context

The Direct Meaning

Krishna reveals the singular, master key required to enter the Supreme Abode described in the previous verse. He declares: That highest, supreme, and ultimate Person (puruṣaḥ sa paraḥ), O Partha, is attainable and achieved exclusively through pure, unalloyed, and undivided devotion (bhaktyā labhyas tv ananyayā). Who is this Supreme Person? He is the One within whom all living beings and existences are situated and contained (yasyāntaḥ-sthāni bhūtāni), and by whom this entire, vast universe is pervaded and penetrated (yena sarvam idaṃ tatam).
