"Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend."

Historical Context

The Direct Meaning

This is the exact same verse Krishna spoke at the climax of Chapter 9, now repeated as His ultimate concluding instruction. He gives four clear steps: 1) Always fix your mind on Me (man-manā bhava), 2) Become My devoted servant (mad-bhakto), 3) Worship Me (mad-yājī), and 4) Offer your respectful obeisances to Me (māṁ namaskuru). The result is guaranteed: 'You will come to Me without fail (mām evaiṣyasi).' Krishna personally vows and promises this (satyaṁ te pratijāne) because of His deep affection for Arjuna (priyo 'si me).
