Krishna continues to shock Arjuna by embracing the full spectrum of action. He says: Among all forms of cheating, deceit, and trickery (chalayatām), I am the grand illusion of gambling (dyūtaṃ asmi). Among everything that is splendid, brilliant, and radiant (tejasvinām), I am the very splendor itself (tejas aham). I am the ultimate victory (jayo 'smi), I am human endeavor, effort, and adventure (vyavasāyo 'smi), and I am the innate goodness and strength (sattvaṃ) of those who are strong and situated in goodness (sattvavatām aham).
