Arjuna clarifies the moral standing of the enemy. He explicitly calls Duryodhana 'durbuddher' (evil-minded or wicked-intellect). He recognizes that the vast army gathered against him isn't necessarily evil themselves, but they have assembled 'to please' (priya-cikīrṣavaḥ) an evil-minded king. Arjuna is establishing the ethical justification for the war.
