Historical Context

The Direct Meaning

Krishna concludes the list of 26 divine qualities. The final traits are tejaḥ (vigor/strength), kṣamā (forgiveness), dhṛtiḥ (fortitude/courage), śaucam (cleanliness), adroho (freedom from envy/malice), and nāti-mānitā (freedom from the passion for honor). He affirms that all these combined constitute the wealth (sampadaṁ) of those born with a divine nature (daivīm abhijātasya).
